Bonjour,
Mon constructeur a oublié de mettre de la fibre ou d'armé la chappe sur le plancher chauffant. Il a donc cassé le carrelage, poncéet mis en place une trame m'a t-il dit et ensuite il reposera le carrelage. A terme le sol ne risque t-il pas de se fissurer? cette réparation est-elle fiable?

le fabricant du chauffage prevoit en principe une chape armee, la mise en place d une armature par dessus la chape me parait un peu source de probleme car il faudrait en principe desolidariser le carrelage du support litigieux ce qui affaiflirait le chauffage vous pourriez peut etre contacter le faricant si vous connaissez la marque du lancher chauffant.il vaudreit mieux casser la chape. |

Je vous remercie pour votre réponse qui va dans le sens du fabricant des cables électriques posés pour mon plancher chauffant.
Voici ci dessous la réponse du fabricant
"Ce mode de pose est inhabituel. Il sous-entend que le film ne présente pas de poche d’air et que le rajout au dessus du plancher ne présentent pas une résistance thermique importante. Il faut que la résistance totale n’excède pas 0.15 m²K/W.
Il faut aussi s’assurer que cette chape rajoutée soit bien désolidarisée du bâti par une bande de rive.
Il faut s’attendre, même si les deux points précédents sont compatibles, à une inertie (un temps de réponse) plus importante selon l’épaisseur de la chape rapportée"
Par contre j'ai lu que les DTE 26-2 et 52-1 permettaient sous certaines conditions notamment d'isolation et d'épaisseur de chape (6cm), de se passer de treillis soudé et de fibres dans la chape. Qu'en pensez-vou?

en effet sur un isolant incompressible il n est pas obligatoire de placer unearmature dans la chape,maisdans votre cas il s'agit d'un plancher chauffant,celui ci est un suport deformable (dilatation due au chauffage)je confirme il faut refaire une chape armee sur ce chauffage. |

pour ce qui est du peigne il depend de la teille des carreaux.(30x30 8mm 60x60 10mm) |

non cela dépend de la taille des carreaux et de la colle utilisée,
pour des carreaux supérieur à 33x33 on doit double encoller alors on choisi une colle fluide qui permet le simple encollage jusqu'à 90x90. |

de toute manière le plancher chauffant ne pose aucun problème à condition qu'il soit correctement posé et recouvert. Par contre, il convient faire attention au matériau de vos carreaux, puisque certains matériaux d'imitation, très esthétiques, craignent la chaleur directe et au long terme ils pourraient s'abîmer... |
